Implement

WAVE manages all aspects of the implementation process, including design, procurement, project management, testing, training and documentation. During the implementation process, we make sure to work closely with your existing team to produce the best possible results. We use the engineered drawings to execute the design by fabricating your AV system and installing/pulling cables in your physcial space as needed.

Design

WAVE offers design services including Systems Drawings, creating Owners Manuals & Operational Guides and Systems Narratives.

System Drawings:  Rack Elevations, System Wiring Diagrams, Reflected Ceiling Plans, & As-Builds.  We clearly layout the system, so we can work closely and intelligently with other trades and your Architect. We establish standards for future services/installations by leaving our system drawings at your site to be used by future installers.

Owners Manual & Operational Guide: Does your VCR still flash 12:00?  Can’t find that Owners Manual to program it?  We’ll provide you with a binder, which includes all of the manufactures user manuals and a proprietary customized Quick Reference Sheet.

Systems Narrative:  Once we develop the concept of your systems solution, we develop a narrative, which describes your system, in short-sleeve English.  Upon your approval, we’ll work with your Design Team, Construction Managers, Engineers, and Store Openers to ensure a smooth delivery.

Monitor

Ensuring that your technology performs optimally at all times is our job. WAVE provides solutions to monitor your systems.

• Remote Systems Monitoring: We offer remote systems monitoring which will alert you to any system faults/issues via notification emails. This offers you an Automatic Fault Report to keep watch on any pending issues with your systems.  
• Remote Access: We can remote into a system to make programming changes when needed.
