  • We strive to resolve your service issues… The 1STTime: If we fail to diagnose your issue on the first call, the return trip is Free of Charge! If a product we sell you fails while under warranty, we’ll repair or replace the unit Free of Charge! (labor costs could be incurred) 
  • On-Site Service Guarantee: A Certified technician will arrive at your site with 48 (Business) hours to resolve your service issue. Emergency Service is available, upon request, to resolve your issue on weekends and after hours.
  • Dedicated Customer Care Representative: A real live person to report your service needs with a dedicated service request number. We also offer a Web Based Service Request/Reporting option (upon request).
  • Nationwide Field Technical Network: No matter where you are located, our affiliation of over 300 technicians are nearby and ready to serve! Most Markets are covered within a ½ hour of travel! Qualified, Skilled, Professionals who provide quality service according to proven Industry Standards.
